يعني: أن الفصل بين الفعل والفاعل قد يجيز ترك التاء، مثال ذلك: أتت بنتُ الواقفِ القاضي، في هذا المثال يجب تأنيث الفعل؛ لأن الفاعل مؤنث حقيقي متصل، فإذا فصل قلت: أتى القاضي بنت الواقف.
